Package prices cover labour for the interior walls, ceilings, trims, skirting boards and doors of the whole property. Our project manager confirms the scope at the site assessment before work starts. Any extra work found (for example major plaster repairs) is quoted separately and only goes ahead with your approval. 80% deposit to book; the final 20% is only due after you sign off the finished job.
